Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruitment researcher/ lead generator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others find meaningful employment and will be dedicated to creating an inclusive hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure accessibility in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree (with good academics)
  • Outstanding notable achievements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is a plus.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
