Product Curation and Selection:

Curate a selection of retail products that complement our restaurant's brand and enhance the overall guest experience.

Source high-quality products from reputable suppliers, ensuring alignment with our standards of excellence and customer preferences.

Merchandising and Display:

Develop visually appealing displays and product arrangements to showcase retail offerings and attract customer attention.

Regularly refresh displays and merchandise to maintain visual appeal and highlight featured products.

Customer Engagement:


Provide exceptional customer service to all guests visiting the retail area, offering assistance, product recommendations, and information about featured products.

Engage with guests to understand their preferences and needs, and tailor recommendations accordingly.

Sales and Promotion:

Drive retail sales through effective promotion and marketing strategies, including special offers, promotions, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute retail-specific campaigns and initiatives.

Inventory Management:


Monitor inventory levels of retail products, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Ensure accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all retail products meet our quality standards and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Conduct regular inspections of products to identify any issues or defects and take appropriate action.
