Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career with a company at the forefront of the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry, operating within the metals, minerals and solid fuel sectors

A comprehensive, Fixed Term 18 months Programme: We'll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in our industry, through:

Rotations:
Experience all facets of our operations, from sampling and inspection techniques to data analysis and report writing.

On-the-job training: Learn from seasoned professionals and industry experts.

Formal training:
Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to deepen your knowledge in specific areas.

Mentorship:
Receive personalized guidance and support from dedicated mentors.

Exposure to diverse projects:

Work on a variety of exciting projects across different mining and mineral processing operations, gaining a broad understanding of industry best practices.

Required Personal Qualities

Required Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Chemistry as a major preferably lower second pass or better.
  • Degree should have been obtained in the last 12 months.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A meticulous and detailoriented approach.
  • A passion for quality and a commitment to exceeding expectations
Travel Requirements

  • During the Fixed Term 18months programme you will live in three different countries across the Africa region. You will be expected to travel both domestically and internationally.
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary.
