We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations of one of our prestigious estates.

As the Estate Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the estate, ensuring the delivery of unparalleled service to residents and visitors

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising all estate staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Overseeing daytoday operations, including maintenance, security, and landscaping, to maintain the integrity and aesthetics of the estate.
  • Implementing and enforcing estate rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and a safe living environment.
  • Managing financial aspects of the estate, including budget preparation, expenditure control, and financial reporting.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with external contractors and service providers to deliver highquality services and amenities to residents.
  • Planning and organizing community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging and engagement among residents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in estate management, business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate management or property management, with a proven track record of leadership and achievement.
  • Strong understanding of South African property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
