CANDIDATE ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

  • Presentable and professional
  • Afrikaans and English first and second languages a
    must (Afr & Eng client base)
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed
    a must
  • Recent Litigation experience
    a must (preferably 1 year experience)
  • Competent in drafting of pleadings and attending Court
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance
  • Willing to grow with firm
  • To start as soon as possible

Duties:

  • Filing of documents at Courts etc.
  • Drafting of legal documents and pleadings
  • Client liaison
  • General legal administrative duties

Salary:
R R gross maximum (depending on Litigation experience)

  • Reference
    CR2400; and
  • Your monthly gross
    salary expectation in context with offered amount.
