Role Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team at Keen. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our creative team to design and produce visual assets for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including; static graphics, advertising graphics, social media posts, email design, landing page web design, and more.
  • Collaborate with our clients' internal stakeholders to understand project briefs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain visual elements of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage design projects from discovery and strategy to ideation, iteration, and hand-off.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and standards while bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
  • Work efficiently on tight timelines and iterate given feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Devlier work product on cloud-design platforms like Figma and Canva – depending on client preferences.
  • Create structured designs with component systems, adhering to guidelines for spacing, padding, typography, and color styles.
  • Work with global clients, mainly in the United States, and comfortability adjusting your schedule to accommodate projects and meeting times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, either as an in-house designer or freelancer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums - with an emphasis on digital creative such as social media design, email design, and digital ad design for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software such as Figma and Canva (most clients use Figma).
  • Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and best practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Flexibility to support clients based in the United States.
