Working hours:
Mondays to Fridays 08:00 to 17:00; Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

National Senior Certificate
Code E drivers license
Practical knowledge & experience of Microsoft Office -Outlook, Word & Excel (intermediate level)
Previous experience in similar role
Basic technical knowledge/inclination
Physical ability to lift and transport oxygen cylinders

COMPETENCIES - MANAGING THE JOB:Appreciates the importance of client's experience, from first contact through to after-sales contact.

COMPETENCIES - SPECIALISED:Previous experience in sales/medical device industry beneficial. Marketing experience

SALES & MARKETING:

  • Marketing of EDNA Medical Distributors to retirement villages managed by Medwell SA
  • Marketing of EDNA Medical Distributors to retirement villages not managed by Medwell SA
  • Marketing of EDNA Medical Distributors to doctors, first aid businesses and public
  • Assist clients visiting the shop
  • Provide clients with product information
  • Provide clients with aftersales service and escalate to HQ if and when necessary

SHOP MANAGEMENT:

  • Manage stock of EDNA II
  • Manage staff working in EDNA II
  • Manage client relations
  • Inform HQ of any maintenance to be done

OXYGEN:

  • Fill & refill oxygen cylinders
  • Arrange collection or deliveries of oxygen cylinders
In-depth orientation & training to be provided

Job Type:
Permanent

Salary:
Up to R15 000,00 per month
