CORE OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

Assist the digital team in coordinating and delivering key platform and campaign performance measures efficiently and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Operations & Digital Execution

  • Plan campaigns across various technologies for seamless execution.
  • Create and brainstorm digital campaigns for clients with the digital team.
  • Provide support on business unit platforms and technologies related to campaign execution needs.
  • Responsible for the execution and setup of campaigns.
  • Deliver user journeys and workflows for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers for campaign deliverables.
  • Manage and oversee the workflow of campaigns from design to implementation.
  • Support platforms by testing and collaborating with third-party teams for campaign success.
  • Conduct comprehensive reporting on all campaigns.

Campaign Execution

  • Ensure streamlined, digital, and accurate briefing process for creatives.
  • Collaborate with the digital team on digital campaigns and client initiatives to ensure consistent consumer engagement, brand coherence, and positive customer experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Work with the Digital Designer and implementation coordinator to provide accurate and high-quality campaign and content assets adhering to group and digital business style.
  • Execute client campaigns that generate revenue-driven outcomes, showcasing measurable results.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital services to enhance revenue and profitability by continually seeking enhancements.

Building Customer/Client Relationships

  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization, collaborating with Digital Account Executives, Digital Projects, Technical, and Implementation teams for seamless campaign operations.

Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in internal and client projects to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Create project plans with internal stakeholders for client projects.
  • Support the Digital Project Manager in overseeing projects from inception to completion and project closure.

REQUISITE SKILLS

Knowledge/Experience

  • Minimum of a BA/BCom degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Basic technical understanding of HTML and web publishing.
  • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization, web traffic metrics, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and various social media platforms.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Power Point/KeyNote.
  • Experience with user journey mapping tools and workflow management.

Working Environment:

The role involves working in an open-plan office setting, interacting with colleagues within the department and clients directly.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Performance Criteria:

(Platform and Process Focus)

  1. Key platforms: SmartPack, SmartPOS, uWINa, InfoBip.
  2. Process Platforms: Jira (including Support & Service Desk), Google Analytics, and PowerBI.

Stakeholders: Management, Digital Solutions team, Third-party collaborators.

  • Effective execution of campaigns from briefing to completion.
  • Enhancement of processes: Briefing, workflow management, and team communication.
  • Prompt delivery of:

  • Process enhancements across all platforms.
  • Positive and motivating internal relationships and communication.

Ensure mitigating risks for all campaign initiatives.
