A Glimpse of the Role:

The Senior Integrated Project Manager oversees creative and production processes, collaborating with the Project Management team to guide projects from inception to completion.

Leading projects while collaborating with diverse teams within the company, our project managers achieve successful project deliveries following OLIVER+'s methodologies.


We are seeking a passionate, skilled individual adept at managing multiple projects of varying complexities.

You should possess keen attention to detail, grasp the significance of project profitability for the agency, and demonstrate reliability in handling day-to-day aspects of multiple esteemed projects.


The Role's Responsibilities:

  • Possess integrated expertise across various domains such as AI, Automation Digital, video, CGI, Motion Design and/or Print projects for different-sized accounts and across various time zones; managing projects from initial brief to final delivery (based on experience)
  • Guide your team in delivering a wide array of outputs.
  • Strive to adhere to and implement the established project management and production processes within OLIVER+ and with partners
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Confront challenges, setbacks, and negativity with a resilient mindset and approach
  • Embody the company's values and instill these principles in all team members
  • Foster continual enhancement throughout each project phase and provide consultation on process enhancements
  • Conclude projects following set standards/requirements

_Initiate & Plan the Project:
_

  • Act as the primary contact for receiving new briefs and oversee the conversion of unclear briefs into well-prepared briefs when necessary
  • Manage the scoping, costing, and planning of projects across diverse briefs
  • Operate according to the OLIVER+ Project Management Way of Working during project execution
  • Identify stakeholders and devise a communication strategy to ensure appropriate access to information for each stakeholder
  • Establish deadlines with partners and challenge impractical timelines to manage workloads based on creative processes
  • Develop project plans and identify key milestones for the assigned projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager to appropriately staff the project based on required deliverables and deadlines
  • Identify risks and potential issues, and create risk registers
  • Work closely with the creative team to define project cost, scope, and timetables
  • Organize and conduct effective client and team kickoff meetings
  • Generate and oversee the delivery of project documentation

_Manage Project Execution, Monitoring & Control:_

  • Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants and stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage the project team's workload
  • Act as a liaison with partners, presenting project scopes, cost estimates, and timing plans when necessary
  • Cultivate partner relationships, address their needs and requirements, while adhering to the OLIVER+ protocols
  • Monitor project delivery progress within scope and budget with the planned resources
  • Prepare status reports for stakeholders and actively oversee project progress control using weekly action items
  • Follow the project management change control process for any required alterations in scope, budget, timelines, or resource needs
  • Create and maintain all related project documentation and ensure adherence within the project management system
  • Proactively troubleshoot, mitigate risks, and strategize for potential challenges
  • Take responsibility for the project's financial profitability, actively managing cost overruns and daily time logs
  • Ensure final deliverables align with quality standards and meet design and production requirements and expectations
  • Monitor team utilization and output
