Minimum Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Economics or Human Sciences
  • Project Management qualification
  • Driver's license (Code 8)

Experience:

Experience Required

  • Minimum of years' experience as Commercial Specialist or similar role
  • Solid experience within the mining industry
  • Extensive experience in implementing and influencing Supply Chain Local and BEE procurement
  • Experience in transformation within a corporate environment
  • Experience in Team management or leading projects
  • Experience in a supply chain function within the mining industry at management level advantageous

Knowledge & Skills

  • Fully Computer literate (MS Office)
  • SAP experience
  • BEE Codes of good practice and or legislation (including the Mining Charter)
  • Knowledge of Benefits & Contractual information management
