MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Agricultural Diploma
  • Min of 2 years previous farming experience with Fruit Tree (AVOCADO experience at a supervisor level will be advantageous),
  • Experience with tractors, harvesters, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and work in a team
Monitoring of the overall health of the Orchard

Supervision of maintenance and monitoring of irrigation systems and related infrastructure

Supervision of Spraying of chemicals and herbicides as per the planned farming program


Supervision of all scheduled Farm activity, record all activities conducted, and bring to the attention of the Assistant Manager any troublesome matters for remediation.

Supervise the picking of fruit and ensure that all pickers adhere to the KPIs set for the picking season.
