Who We are Looking For
The Data Analyst will address client technical and data issues. Most issues will be provided in a ticket queue, but direct interaction with the client, either verbally or through email. This position will have a number of tools available to troubleshoot and resolve the most common problems with the ability to escalate to other groups for assistance.
What You Will Work On
Provide technical and data support to Crisis24 clients in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshoot issues using a variety of tools from Crisis24 web based application to direct database and OS access. Correct issues or escalate to groups that can provide resolution. Recognize patterns and common issues and communicate them to the team internally and to clients. Capture problem information, resolution and client communications in Crisis24's ticketing system. Troubleshoot issues using a variety of tools from Crisis24 web based application to direct database and OS access. Protect client confidentiality and personally identifiable information Provide well written responses to clients indicating issue resolution. Protect client confidentiality and personally identifiable information. Perform troubleshooting as required and lead investigations of data quality incidents or performance problems and their resolutions with the objective of ensuring unique failures. Conduct, prepare, deliver reports of root cause. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency of operations team and reduce risk. Establish and support data quality program. Prioritize projects with interrupt driven work. Provide technical and data support to Crisis24 clients in a timely and efficient manner. Experience in travel agency and GDS company communications, with proficiency in documenting and maintaining production processes. Familiarity with current travel technology is a bonus. BS/BA completed or in process. Technical focus is advantageous. 3+ years data analysis experience. Experience with SQL in Oracle databases preferred. Experience supporting data systems with high-availability requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Some documented work experience, either technical or involving client interaction. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Linux OS a plus. Travel industry knowledge a plus. Strong initiative to improve skills, expand role, and grow within and organization. Efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective written communication skills. Attention to detail and due care when interacting with production environments. Ability to multitask, organize, and document. Naturally proactive and able to find and complete meaningful tasks in the absence of client demand.Information Security
Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
