You'd be an excellent fit for this role if you have: Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in project management, business administration, marketing, sales, or a related fieldPrevious experience in project coordination or management is preferred but not requiredA valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicleStrong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersProficient in Google systems (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and experience with project management tools and software (e.g.

Assisting the Senior Project and Account Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organisationCoordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring project progress to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelineProviding excellent customer service and addressing client challenges, resolving conflicts, and finding creative solutions to meet client needs while aligning with organisational goalsAnalysing client data, tracking key performance indicators, and deriving insights to inform decision-making and strategy developmentDemonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative duties and time efficiently
