We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Resume Optimization) to join our dynamic team in
Johannesburg (Remote).

Role Purpose:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously editing job descriptions and tailoring resumes to match the unique requirements of each position.
  • Additionally, you will optimize job descriptions to market effectively and add value to the recruiting team's sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and optimize job descriptions to accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of various roles.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting team and intake team to ensure the correct information is highlighted.
  • Stay updated on best practices in resume writing and GenAI concepts for resumes and job descriptions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.
  • Complete all assigned tasks supporting the recruitment cycle, prepare job adverts and format resumes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand.

Experience:

Technical Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
  • Ability to critically think and make decisions.
  • Ability to take instruction, as questions, and work autonomously.
  • GenAI experience.
  • ATS (Applicate Tracking System) knowledge, iCIMS is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience supporting offshore stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in resume formatting or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience editing documents to correct spelling, grammar, and tense.
  • Knowledge of written American English.
