Role Summary

Key Responsibilities


You will be responsible for producing a clean asset to Quality Control, reporting any technical errors that could possibly affect the workflow and reporting technical errors relating to custom-built systems.


Tasks

  • Review and process all assets to a 'customer ready' state
  • Become extensively familiar with RICS and IPMS codes and standards
  • Develop floorplan layouts within facility rules and regulations
  • Promote positive feedback and solutions to the wider capture team
  • Keep an accurate record of QC assets and turnaround times
  • Make any requested changes/corrections promptly and correctly
  • Improve workflow and best practices to create a consistent output
  • Use inhouse software tools to audit and augment datasets
  • Use inhouse software tools to calculate square footage
  • Responsible to read, review and understand QC notes
  • Strict adherence to targets and deadlines

Knowledge, Skills and Training
You should be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, and demonstrate the following requirements:

  • Previous experience with Illustrator advantageous
  • Extremely organised
  • Process Driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive Attitude
  • Takes initiative
  • Have a critical eye for visual aesthetics
  • Highly collaborative with high learning agility
  • Be adaptable and quick to learn new software
  • Be flexible as shift work, evenings or weekends may be required
