Responsibilities of the Role

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Billing and Revenue Recognition:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Monitor revenue recognition processes and contribute to revenue analysis.

Profitability and Pricing
Perform profitability analysis and recommended selling price calculations in line with company margin guidelines and mandate

Expense Management:

Manage and analyze company expenses, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.

Work closely with department heads to monitor budget adherence.

Financial Modeling:

Analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Ad Hoc Projects:

Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise.

Requirements of the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CIMA, CA & or Post grad qualification advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
