Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:
Oversee daily operations and direct the activities of workers in the mining pit.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the team.

Operational Efficiency:
Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.

Equipment Management:
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of mining equipment.
Schedule regular inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
Manage inventory of necessary tools and supplies.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management
