Purpose

  • To provide direction, leadership and mentoring to the Engineering Department's staff to meet the longterm goals of the Supply Chain.
  • Guarantee and foster compliance with HSSE & OSHA process safety management policies for all engineering and maintenance personnel.
  • Establish a strong safety culture and safe execution of all engineering/maintenance activities
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper alignment and efficient teamwork with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ensure that all projects are completed within approved budget, on time, technically correct, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Works with the management team to proactively develop 1 year and 5year capital plans.
  • Implement and oversee predictive maintenance technologies to improve reliability and reduce mechanical and electrical downtime.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of ten plus (10+) years of experience in the chemical manufacturing environment
  • Certification as a Maintenance & Reliability Professional
  • Ability to work effectively with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ability to instruct other on its operation.
