High end Hotel in Constantia, CT is looking for an Executive Housekeeper.

This role is responsible for the overall Housekeeping deliverables of a 5* establishment and includes:

  • Planning
  • Budgets
  • Staff and Project Management as well as the Hospitality Maintenance Department
  • Housekeeping covers all Hospitality outlets including Hotel, Spa, restaurant & bistro.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Matric
  • Additional Qualifications Hospitality Qualification preferable
  • Minimum Work Experience 5 years experience in the same role in a similar 5* environment
  • Outlook suite proficient
  • Opera Software proficient
  • Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
  • Excellence in planning and execution
  • Results orientated
  • Ability to develop and evolve longterm strategies while driving tactical projects
  • Ability to optimize operational efficiencies (both in terms of time and process management)
  • Firstrate communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Where required upskills incumbent employees and/or suppliers with progressive industry knowledge
