Seeking to hire a
young individual to assist our butchers with day to day tasks.
Previous experience required in the industry.

Tasks include, but aren't limited to:

  • Prepare cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, poultry & lamb
  • Prepare and place meat cuts and products
  • Wrap, weigh, label, and price cuts of meat
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine
  • Assist in unpacking display at end of business day

Position available immediately. Must have reliable transport.

Work day: 9am - 6pm

Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Butcher: 1 year (required)
