Our opportunity


To provide support to the Bryte Life team by managing a team of pricing analysts and finalising quotations/proposals using the products defined methods of pricing the group's different product offerings.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

  • Managing the team of Pricing Analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of new business quotes, risk proposals and existing scheme renewals within agreed turnaround times.
  • Tracking new, existing tasks, meeting deadlines, and reporting timeously to management
  • Understanding of Risk benefits and actuarial assumptions
  • Analyse and report on various price monitoring aspects
  • Ensure electronic filing is updated regularly.
  • Updating the quotations register timeously for new and existing schemes.
  • Capture and analyse claims experience.
  • Manage stakeholder escalations appropriately and timeously.
  • Engaging Reinsurers and Underwriters as and when required.
  • Assist at times with adhoc projects not within the portfolio.
