Must have excellent organisational skills with a detail-orientated approach. Hospitality/property management Recruitment experience is required. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment position. Previous working knowledge of legislation related to HR. Confidentiality, discretion and empathy when dealing with people. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines including the ability to plan and organise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft office.
