Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned or designated territory/area to generate new businessMake telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customersPromote, sell, or secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approachDemonstrate products (physically or catalogue) to existing or potential customers and assists them in selecting that best suited to their needs and requirementsCoordinate, follow-up on sales enquiries with Internal Sales, Marketing, Management and WorkshopExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaintsDevelop a call schedule to cover territory/area and provide daily reports on call resultsSupply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and servicesKeep abreast with new products, technology, market conditions and trends, and changing customer needsPerform customer analysis (annual turnover), market assessments, pricing strategies, competitor analysis and draw conclusions with data to improve the companys turnover, strength, and market opportunitiesParticipate in trade shows and conventionsReceive queries and compose a detailed quote for customer either telephonically or writtenPresent price, discounts, credit, and terms as per our company specificsProvide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock itemsFacilitating the process of an order by preparing a Sales OrderIncrease sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional or sale itemsEducate customers on terminology, part numbers, features, and product benefits in order to improve sales and customer satisfactionRemain up to date on new products and customer preferences by attending internal sales meetings, in-house product trainingProvide reports and planned visits In return this permanent employment opportunity will offer a Monthly Basic Salary + Company Vehicle + Company Contribution towards Medical Aid and Pension Fund.
