We're seeking an individual who is dedicated to maintaining high-quality work, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and fosters positive interactions with various departments within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

  • Utilise quality control cellular test equipment/software proficiently.
  • Conduct physical inspections on all repaired devices.
  • Ensure all user information is cleared from each device.
  • Accurately update information on the repair management system.
  • Set and meet targets to ensure agreed turnaround time.
  • Print test results for devices that pass the quality process.
  • Test and grade all new stock received according to grading criteria.
  • Prioritize highpriority tasks, handling escalated jobs with urgency.
  • Control and account for device movement according to company procedures.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of cellular testing and functionalities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) required.
  • At least 612 months of related job experience.
  • An "N" Qualification in Electronics would be advantageous.
  • Computer literate (Windows, Microsoft Office).

  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

  • Cellphone repairs: 1 year (preferred)
