***A pharmaceutical and health care distribution company based in Crown Mines is looking to appoint an experienced Office Manager with PASTEL bookkeeping skills (up to trial balance) to join their small team within an open plan, warehousing environment. The role suits a young female who is bilingual in English and Afrikaans in order to engage with customers and clients. A completed degree is also highly preferred. This is a permanent, on-site position and may also offer half-day working conditions.

Requirements:

  • Completed BCom degree pref

PASTEL experience NOT Negotiable:

  • Min 5 years' experience as an Office Manager and Bookkeeper but MAX 15 years 'experience
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English in order to engage with customers and clients
  • High attention to detail
  • Bookkeeping experience up to trail balance
  • Able to multitask

Duties:

  • Bookkeeping responsibilities _
    _on PASTEL_
  • Assist in capturing and allocating expenses
  • Processing orders and sales
  • Processing invoices and statements
  • Reconcile up to trail balance all paid invoices
  • Reconcile up to trail balance all incoming transactions
  • Monitor cash flow and other financial transactions
  • Process and keep accurate records of invoices and expenses
  • Office Manager _
  • General Office Administration (telephone, typing and diary management)
  • Maintain general office appearance and cleanliness
  • Procurement of office goods including stationery and groceries
  • General office expense management and monitoring
  • Facilitation of general meetings (Virtual meetings included)
