Qualifications Grade 12 Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
Duties

  • Scheduling of all finished products including liquid fertilizer, NH3, speciality products and granular fertilizer.
  • Receiving of all raw materials.
  • Communicate with clients and marketing to format scheduling plan.
  • Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes.
  • Contract Management for all liquid transport contractors.
  • Managing and organizing of all transportation and logistics for deliveries of various products.
  • Scheduling, invoicing, and archiving of all related documentation.
  • Manage IMS system for scheduling (SHEQ).
  • Handling, reporting, capturing and resolution of customer complaints.
  • Care, maintenance and verification of weighbridges.
  • Take ownership of all weighbridge related equipment and ensure that equipment is fully functional.
  • Ensure all stationery and consumables are available.
