Scheduler (Wesselsbron)

The division produces granular, liquid and speciality fertilizers for a broad customer base of farmers, co-operatives and wholesalers throughout southern and East Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil.

The division is expanding its influence in Europe, South America and Asia, where it is increasing its sales of speciality products.

The Omnia Agriculture division's range of specialised products and services are encompassed by its unique Nutriology offering, which assists customers to optimise crop yield and quality.

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Scheduling of all finished products including liquid fertilizer, NH3, speciality products and granular fertilizer.
• Receiving of all raw materials.
• Communicate with clients and marketing to format scheduling plan.
• Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes.
• Contract Management for all liquid transport contractors.
• Managing and organizing of all transportation and logistics for deliveries of various products.
• Scheduling, invoicing, and archiving of all related documentation.
• Manage IMS system for scheduling (SHEQ).
• Handling, reporting, capturing and resolution of customer complaints.
• Care, maintenance and verification of weighbridges.
• Take ownership of all weighbridge related equipment and ensure that equipment is fully functional.
• Ensure all stationery and consumables are available.

• Computer Literate,
• MS Office,
• Excellent organizational/administration and time management skills, Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English and Afrikaans),
• Good stress handling ability,
• Detail orientated,
• Have a good balance between flexibility and assertiveness,
• Well-disciplined,
• Ability to operate well within a team environment as well as individually.
