6 hours a day (flexible)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Staff recruitment, vetting and management_
  • Vetting and filtering of new staff sign ups
  • Required to recruit 5 new staff members a month using alternate sources (Gumtree, networking etc.)
  • Staff management (updating profiles, keeping in contact, create/update a document with staff notes, changes etc. )
  • Sales and management_
  • Required to recruit 1 new client a month using alternate sources (Gumtree, networking etc.)
  • Client management (updating profiles, keeping in contact, changes etc. )
  • Job/staff assigning and management_
  • Assigning relevant staff to job requests
  • Communication with staff and employers re. staff placements, job details, job follow up etc.
  • Regular updates on various platforms
  • Weekly reporting and feedback_
  • Weekly meeting
  • Weekly report (as per template)
