This includes exclusive distributorships in sub-Saharan Africa for global brands of major components and a comprehensive range of automotive parts and friction materials, and they are looking for a Japanese Parts Sales Executive to join their team.


Job Purpose:
To perform a combination of duties related to Japanese part sales. To increase business success by identifying and qualifying prospects, evaluating the position of competitors in the market, act as key point between the company and its customers, while maintaining the set monthly/ annual targets as set out by the company

Responsibilities:

To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industryTo sell Japanese products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospectsTo maintain relationships with clients by providing support and product information, as well as handling of complaintsMaintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standardsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and achieving monthly targets setPrepare monthly activity reports by collecting, analysing and summarising informationActively seek out new Sales opportunities through cold calling and networkingPrepare and deliver appropriate information on the products and services offeredMake accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotationsAd hoc duties allocated by line ManagerSkills: The ability and desire to sell products and a high degree of self – motivation and ambitionExcellent communication skills and a positive, confident, and determined approachThe ability to cope with rejection and the capability to flourish in a competitive environmentThe skills to work both in a team and independentlyAbility to learn and understand the industry trendsStrong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate with customers and/or suppliersSelf-motivated with a result driven approachGood technical aptitudeQualification and Experience: Minimum 5 years Japanese parts sales experienceProven sales track recordEPC experienceExcellent computer skillsGrade 12 (Matric) or equivalentMentally and physically fit to perform job function effectivelyCode 08 Drivers license and own transport Should you wish to apply for the position, please apply directly via this job board, please ensure that you quote reference number subject heading or email body.
