About the Job: This role involves assessing and managing credit risks associated with commercial vehicle customers. You will be responsible for implementing tailored marketing strategies, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.



Duties:
  • Classifying commercial vehicle dealers based on business scale and risk status
  • Implementing personalized marketing tactics
  • Identifying and addressing customer risks during contract signings or visits
  • Conducting timely asset preservation activities for overdue loans
  • Examining financial reports of corporate clients to evaluate repayment ability, profitability, and operational capacity
  • Spotting potential risks in the commercial vehicle customers' industries
  • Performing thorough credit analyses covering financial, operational, collateral, shareholder, and industry aspects
  • Preparing credit documents for client facility adjustments and covenant breaches
  • Presenting requests to the board and Group credit committees
  • Engaging regularly with clients to monitor credit stress, aid in recoveries, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to effectively manage credit risk
  • Staying informed about national macroeconomic trends and the automotive financial industry
  • Familiarizing yourself with the commercial vehicle products, local network layout, and operational model of commercial vehicle dealers and fleets


Requirements:
  • NCA certification is a plus
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance, Accounting (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending or credit
  • Solid credit analysis background
  • Knowledge of commercial regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
