  • Offer professional travel advice and creative quotations to customers/agents, exceeding expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve personal sales targets by effectively closing sales and converting quotations into bookings.
  • Manage booking administration processes efficiently, including itinerary planning, flight and accommodation bookings, and payment procedures.
  • Maintain high productivity levels, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards in your work.
  • Follow processes diligently to minimize errors and losses, demonstrating pride in the quality of your work.
  • Commit to providing world-class service and continuously strive to exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Minimum Experience Required:

  • Travel and Tourism Certificate
  • Experience with Amadeus or GDS and knowledge of airfare rules
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in creating travel packages and costings
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of the reservation process and contract interpretation
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and meticulous in handling tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
