Teleseller

Looking for a Teleseller at our client's team. The main goal is to reach out to potential customers, address inquiries about products or services, spark interest in those offerings, and aim to secure sales.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to allocated customers daily as per call cycle.
• Manage incoming sales or general calls.
• Support Sales Representatives in meeting set budgets and boosting volumes and market share.
• Update the client database.
• Manage back orders efficiently.
• Monitor and update the backorder report.
• Notify customers of stock shortages or service challenges.
• Assist in resolving issues or handling complaints.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
• Address requests from internal departments.
• Support the Call Centre Supervisor as needed.
• Assist with switchboard and Cash and Carry Stock when necessary.
