Join a Global Entertainment Company as the Head of Human Capital

Our client is a dynamic, multi-cultural organization thriving in the entertainment industry. They specialize in marketing, customer service, and technology, delivering products digitally (online and mobile) and marketing through-the-line (TV, print, outdoors, digital, etc.). Our client is seeking an ambitious Head of Human Capital to lead and optimize their Human Capital department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver briefings to executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and implement strategies related to employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture.
  • Oversee the administration of human capital programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary issues, leave management, dispute resolution, talent and performance management, employee morale and recognition, workplace health and safety, development, and training.
  • Develop and implement policies, training programs, and improved HC processes.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HC Executive, HC Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional stress management abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
