  • Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities;
  • Be the chief ambassador for the Company, ensuring that the company is wellpositioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with stakeholders;
  • Be the primary spokesperson for the Company;
  • Provide highlevel tactical leadership to the Board and the management team;
  • Motivate a high performance, innovative and resultsdriven organization;
  • Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved

Requirements:

  • Qualified CA ( SA) + LLB
  • 10 years of MD/CEO experience in the Food/FMCG Industry
  • Advanced Excel skills/experience
  • Financial/Marketing and Sales acumen
  • Operational Management experience
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Only SA Citizens will be considered
