The role is to support the continued growth of the HR Admin department and its functions. The core function will be to support HR in administrative functions and Ad Hoc HR related tasks.

Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Staff Filing
  • Facilitation of all documentation relating to the onboarding of new employees
  • Attending to all Staff Movement communications when needed.
  • Ensuring CCMS and staff lists are updated
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Compiling weekly and monthly payroll reports and working closely with the payroll

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities _(may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)_

  • Maintain and develop our internal reports relating to our employees.
  • Access TP employee data feeds and reporting tools to analyse performance and extract relevant data.
  • Support with any required reporting within Business Objects.
  • Working closely with the operational teams and HR Back Office Teams to ensure that the data and reports they have are fit for purpose.
  • Conduct adhoc analysis on employee performance.
  • Remain close to the WFM workstreams to ensure our agent configuration is accurate and in line with operations.
  • Provide accurate and actionable insights to our inhouse support departments
