Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain Product Information, Data, and Content within the internal Inflyter PIM system
  • Review, update, cleanse, load, and integrate product data and digital content in support of product
and retailer taxonomies

  • Review, standardise and identify gaps in PIM processes
  • Display a core understanding of data workflow and content management and coordinate functional
and data dependencies with other platform product owners

  • General knowledge of product hierarchies, eCommerce processes, data governance, data
architecture

  • Collaborate closely with eCommerce business stakeholders across the organisation including sales,
brand, and technology teams to establish and support data collection, maintenance, and syndication

  • Working knowledge of web and ecommerce image assets and file formats
  • Ensure quality assurance of published eCommerce content across retailer partners
  • Operate seamlessly within PIM/DAM system workflows and protocols
  • Assist in management of bug tracker, fixing, or reassigning bugs as needed
  • Oversee PIM reporting and coordinate actions to resolve issues
  • Keep current with new technologies and solutions by attending technical training, seminars, or
workshops

following qualifications:

  • BA/BS with preferred, but not mandatory, focus in Technology, Engineering, Sales, or Marketing. An
equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience may also be considered.

  • Hands on experience working with a PIM platform and top mass, luxury beauty & fashion
retailers

  • Familiarity with database design and taxonomies
  • Comfortable designing for the future while managing daytoday execution
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to meet business goals
  • Project management, planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving, technical, and analytical skills
