Requirements:

Certified millwright or proof of other electromechanical training/education (proof of certification required).
Electrical experience/skills for a production environment.
Detail oriented (we don't accept sloppiness).
Ability to work shifts as scheduled.
Experience in fault finding.
Experience in PLCs.
Experience with Motors and Drives.
Own vehicle and license.
Punctual (attendance is crucial).
Willing to learn and adaptable.
Must work shifts on a rotating basis.

Duties:

Adhering to strict quality control measures.
Ensure accurate electrical and mechanical fault reporting and maintenance.
Proper cleaning of tools and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical issues.
Maintain and repair machinery under the Company's possession and premises.
Execute preventive maintenance plan for all machinery within the Company's possession.
Develop systems to enhance production efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments for proper documentation.
Minimize scrap, wastage, and machinery downtime.
Adhere to company policies including safety, maintenance, and quality control.
Repair machinery parts using welding and specialised tools.
Follow technical machinery manuals.
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to maintain machinery.
Utilize heavy machinery like forklifts for assigned tasks.
