  • Track progress of inbound and outbound shipments through communication with 3rd party logistics providers and suppliers
  • Provide status updates to internal/external stakeholders based on shipment progress vs plan
  • Communicate changes in schedules with third party logistics providers
  • Manage reverse logistics operations (CHEP pallet management process)
  • Compile export documents, general administration and filing

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Freight or Export Controller
  • Excellent communicator, willing to go the extra mile for customers
