Key Responsibilities

  • Daily admin and processing
  • Produce accurate reports with attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of consumables to stores
  • Monthly reporting of consumables
  • Attend to store requests
  • Liaise with drivers and other departments and log requests for deliveries and upliftments to and from stores
  • Assist with MCBA inventory
  • Log and filing of paperwork from stores

Skills / Attributes Required:

  • Ability to multitask and good coordination skills
  • Highly organized
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Computer literate MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
