Our client is in search of a Debriefer to join their team.

Position Overview:

  • Debriefing of POD's, ensuring accurate capture of all details on the access system. Record driver delivery manifest on debriefing report and share with relevant individuals.
  • Debriefing of returns (Full & Part) following SOP guidelines. Complete debriefing report accurately and ensure failed delivery invoices are customer-endorsed.
  • Accurately scan and code returning parcels on Freight ware, noting details in debriefing report.
  • Properly sort customer failed deliveries and deliveries for Hub, Bookings department, or query cage pending authorization.
  • RLOG freight handling, ensuring all returned freight has correct paperwork upon placement in cage. Follow up daily and process authorized freight promptly.
  • Handle problem POD's debriefing, recording driver's delivery manifest on debriefing report and in POD rectification book.
  • Report debriefing discrepancies such as load combinations, loading errors, consistent RD's, problem POD's, and claims to Team Leader.
  • Debrief returns to RLOG with accurate reason codes, lock parcels in query cage post debriefing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Basic familiarity with freightware
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Effective communication abilities
