Our client in the Financial Sector is seeking to employ a suitably qualified Finance and Treasury Specialist to assist with the design, administration, execution and post-implementation management of new structured funding deals, and to assist with all matters relating to financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management accounting, budgeting and financial analysis.


Job description

  • Design, administration, execution and postdeal implementation of structured finance deals
Participate in the execution of new structured finance deals through effective engagement with deal making team, investors, arrangers, rating agents, lawyers, auditors and other parties (under the direction of senior management)

  • Operational management of funding structures
  • Assist with the postimplementation management of funding structures in accordance with the transaction documents:
  • Produce all necessary calculations and reports in accordance with the underlying transaction documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory framework
  • All payments to investors and counterparties made accurately and timeously
  • Produce 'error free' investor reporting
  • Produce high quality operational reporting for Audit Committees
  • Preparation of budgets and/or forecasts


Assist with the preparation of the annual group budget model and related forecasts by collecting appropriate data and ensuring that information flows correctly through the model, assess reasonableness and economic viability of output and make appropriate recommendations for required adjustments thereon prior to finalisation.


  • Financial analysis
Provide financial trend and key ratio analysis

  • Development of cost accounting framework
Assist with the design and implementation of appropriate processes/controls and review procedures in order to ensure that monthly financial accounts, treasury reports, regulatory submissions (and all other related deliverables) for each entity produced are valid accurate and complete

Minimum requirements
Chartered Accountant

3 years structured finance experience and financial management experience

Microsoft office - advanced levels for all packages.


Natural ability with numbers (high numeracy), strong logic and reasoning abilities, strong comprehension and report writing skills, strong presentation skills.

High EQ, ability to interact across senior and junior levels of staff.
