Purpose of the job:

To maintain the overall effectiveness of equipment and packing equipment on sites. Including electrical and mechanical support

Responsibilities:

• Safety management: Adhering to all PPE, safety requirements, safe operating procedures and work instructions. Attending of safety training and committee meetings, induction, medical examinations, and safety talks.
• Maintenance Support: Completion of all electrical/mechanical breakdown, Planned and preventative maintenance duties, Preventative inspections (Infrared Scanning, bearing temperature) and reporting defects on machines and Installation of new equipment and ability to interpreted electrical drawings, a must.
• Maintenance Management: Maintaining availability of the packaging machines and execution of task according to standards. Controlling of job execution times and Planning of the work order spares and determining the scope.
• Administration: Capturing feedback and time data on all completed work orders, the completion of necessary inspection of reports and Healthy and Safety Appointees.
• Housekeeping and other functions: Regular housekeeping and maintenance of machines to required standard (Maintaining Power factor, machines and Electrical panels)
