We are looking for
Full Time & Part Time Team Members to join TuftCrowd.
Our studio is located on bree street, gardens,CPT.


As a team member you will work a variety of shifts between
8am to 4pm and 12am to8pm including weekends.


We warmly welcome you to join our team and become a part of our creative and joyful DIY studio.

Our studio is dedicated to the art of Tufting, teaching customers how to create unique carpets and providing them with a delightful creative experience.

Additionally, we offer exquisite coffee, cakes, and merchandise, ensuring each guest enjoys a delicious and cozy time.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking 4 enthusiastic Tufting Shop Assistants to join our team.

As a Tufting Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our guests' creative journeys, guiding them to express their creativity and inspiration through Tufting.


Even if you have no prior experience, we will provide training to help you become an excellent Tufting instructor and a valuable member of our service team.


Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Familiarize yourself with Tufting tools and techniques; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can assist guests in their creative process.
  • Guide guests through Tufting workshops, answer their questions, and ensure they have a pleasant and satisfying crafting experience.
  • Interact with guests, provide friendly and professional service, and serve coffee and cakes to create a pleasant dining atmosphere.
  • Assist with shop cleanliness and organization, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Possess a teamwork spirit, willingly help other team members, and ensure smooth shop operations.

Your Strengths:

  • Strong interest in handicrafts and creativity; willing to learn and share knowledge about the Tufting art.
  • Excellent communication and service skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of customers.
  • Responsible and selfmanaging, able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable, capable of creating a delightful guest experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary:
R R35.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
