Position: Junior Operational Supervisor (OPS)

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Operations or as an Operational Supervisor

  • Supervise the everyday working of department operating processes
  • Maintain and provide efficient backup to the Supply department to ensure the achievement of all internal and external needs

* Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to workers
  • Manage employee attendance
  • Develop plans and supervise various departmental meetings
  • Monitor all administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
