We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients utilizing ERP and PLM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of software solutions
• Conduct system testing and validation for optimal performance and reliability
• Assist in developing and documenting user manuals and training materials
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in the ERP and PLM industry
• Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Pure Mathematics pass rate of 70% or higher
• Some working experience that doesn't necessarily relate to your field of study
• Great problem-solving skills with analytical thinking ability
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and relevant programming languages
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
