Sheet Metal company based in Hermanstad, Pretoria West, have open positions for metal finishers.


It is the sole duty of the finishing operator to ensure that parts are cleaned, ground free from sharp edges and burs.


It is also the operator's responsibility to ensure that the parts are finished to a required grade, as requested on the job card.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Performing quality inspection, Firstand
  • Last offs.
  • Able to work with and be in control of a hand grinder.
  • Able to use the High-Pressure Water Cleaner.
  • Have the ability to identify different material types.
  • Able to use hand tools, Files, chisel, etc.
  • Have the necessary ability with the use of Pickling Agent for Stainless Steel.
  • Care and maintenance of tooling, consumables, and company documents.
  • General housekeeping.
