Overview


We are looking for
ONSITE Betting Clerk who can assist us with taking bets from customers at betting agencies, over the telephone and online.


Day-to-day
- taking bets from customers / receiving cash and debiting credit accounts and bank accounts electronically
- recording and entering bets electronically and in transaction ledgers
- issuing tickets
- monitoring amounts of money placed
- checking details and numbers on winning betting tickets against those in betting ledgers and paying out money on winning tickets

  • Provide customer service in a friendly, helpful and polite manner
  • Proactively address customer complaints and ensure that customers are given positive feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with regular customers.
  • Create a customer centric culture within the branch and drive the philosophy of "service with smile" at all times.

Experience Required:

  • 12 years experience within the Gaming Industry
  • Knowledgeable on all betting rules, odds and payouts.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • This role is for
    onsite employment (not remotely)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
R4, R5,000.00 per month
