Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management
• A track record of successful leadership in a fastpaced, highend dining establishment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere and exceeding customer expectations
• Flexibility to work restaurant hours, including weekends and evenings
