Recruitment & Alumni Consultant is responsible for the recruitment both internal and external, placement of students and building an alumni base in order to meet or exceed company goals.

The executive management of CTU will provide management direction.

_ Responsibilities_

  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire)
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Stay uptodate on labour legislation and inform managers about changes in regulations.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Ensure effective hiring (together with Management), orientation, training, development and retention of sales and clinical education staff.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, business partners, corporate clients and other.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Management, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)
  • Placement support for CTU graduates.
  • Host CV workshops and create recruitment videos for the CTU students.
  • Secure workplace experience for CTU students.
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Build a CV database for

Management/ Sales/ Finance/ Facilitators

  • Build the alumni database and generate lifelong learning leads.
  • Secure success stories form the Alumni Database for Marketing.
  • Provide accurate placement statistics of the Career Database for Marketing purposes.
  • Provide industry skills requirement feedback.
