We are looking for a meticulous and organized Despatch Clerk to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining detailed records.


Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process dispatch documentation, including invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
Track and monitor deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers to resolve any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, including quantities, destinations, and delivery times.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to dispatch operations.
Perform regular audits of dispatch records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Despatch Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid driver's license
