Burner Operator

Our client is seeking to employ a Burner Operator to join their team, the company specializes in refractory services, such as, installations, demolitions, repairs, manufacturing of precast shapes, lagging, cladding, expansion bellows and consumables.

• Operate and monitor burners and furnaces in industrial settings.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the burners and furnaces.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters to maintain optimal furnace performance.
• Adjust burner controls to regulate heat output and maintain desired temperature.
• Perform routine maintenance on burners and furnaces, including cleaning and inspection.
• Record operational data, such as temperature and fuel consumption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the burner or furnace.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or hazardous situations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

As a Burner Operator, your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining burners and furnaces, monitoring performance, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring a safe working environment.
